A tantalizingly fruity twist on the iconic Mint Julep that won 2020 Rose Julep Cocktail Competition's People's Choice.
Ingredients
| 2 | fl oz | Four Roses Small Batch |
| 1 | fl oz | Spiced Red Anjou Pear Riesling Syrup |
| ¼ | fl oz | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| 1 | dash(es) | Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters |
| ½ | fl oz | St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur |
Directions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake.
Top with 1oz Ale 8, and stir.
Double strain into a julep cup full of crushed ice.
