A creative take on the classic mint julep, awarded Judges' Choice in the 2019 Rose Julep Cocktail Competition and People's Choice in 2022.
Ingredients
| 2 | fl oz | Four Roses Single Barrel |
| ½ | fl oz | Bigallet China-China Liqueur |
| ½ | fl oz | Spanish Brandy |
| 2 | dash(es) | Chocolate Bitters |
| 3 | drops | Orange Blossom Water |
| 2 | tsp | Smoked Maple Syrup |
| ½ | fl oz | Bananas Foster Syrup |
Directions
Stir together all ingredients and strain, then smoke with apple wood smoke. Pour over crushed ice in julep glass. Garnish with mint leaf and powdered sugar/allspice blend.
