In a shaker combine the following:
2 oz Four Roses Bourbon
1/2 Quinquina Rouge Honey Syrup*
3/4 oz fresh lemon Juice
1/2 oz Tio Fino Sherry
1/4 oz Campari
5-8 sage leaves in the shaker
Add ice, shake well and double strain into a collins glass with rocks. Top with saison beer and garnish with a sage leaf and a straw. Enjoy!

In a separate container combine:
Two parts honey
One part Quinquina
Stir until combined.
