Pendennis Club Old Fashioned

Born behind the bar at the Pendennis Club in 1889, it’s a Southern favorite, even today.


Made with Four Roses Small Batch
2 fl oz Four Roses Small Batch
1 cube Sugar
1 Orange
1 Cherry
2 dash(es) Angostura Bitters


This is a build-in-glass style cocktail.
Add the sugar cube to your serving glass (double or single old fashioned glass) and then add the Angostura bitters.
Muddle with the optional addition of a splash of club soda to the bottom of the glass.
Add orange and cherry and muddle again.
Add Bourbon, stir again.
Optional garnish: more orange or a cocktail cherry.
