A taste of the Big Apple, hold the apple.


Made with Four Roses Small Batch
2 fl oz Four Roses Small Batch
¾ fl oz Simple Syrup
¾ fl oz Lemon Juice
½ fl oz Red Wine


(Optional:) Include 1 egg white.
Combine all ingredients other than the red wine in a shaker tin and shake thoroughly. Strain over fresh ice into a double old fashioned glass and gently top with red wine to keep the red wine on top of the cocktail.
