Late Summer Sour

A cocktail to shake up when you're transitioning from those long summer days to cozy fall vibes.


Made with Four Roses Small Batch
2 fl oz Four Roses Small Batch
¾ fl oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ fl oz Strawberry Syrup
½ fl oz Velvet Falernum
1 Egg White
6 drops Aromatic Bitters


Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake without ice to help incorporate the egg white, then fill with ice and shake again. Allow the foam to settle for a few seconds, then add a few drops of bitters to the surface. Option: finish with a light mist of absinthe.
