A Texas cocktail that has quickly become a Kentucky favorite.
Ingredients
| 2 | fl oz | Four Roses Bourbon |
| 1 | fl oz | Lemon Juice |
| 1 | tbsp | Strawberry Pieces |
| 1 | dash(es) | Bitters |
| Ginger Beer | ||
| Lemon |
Directions
Combine Bourbon, lemon juice, muddled strawberry pieces and bitters. Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lemon wedge.
