Ingredients
| 2 | fl oz | Four Roses Bourbon |
| 1 | fl oz | Lemon Juice |
| 1½ | fl oz | Unsweetened Pineapple Juice |
| ½ | fl oz | Averna Amaro |
| ½ | fl oz | Simple Syrup |
| 2 | fl oz | Soda Water |
| Pineapple |
Directions
Shake all ingredients, add 2 oz soda water, strain and serve into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
