|1½||fl oz||Four Roses Small Batch Select|
|¾||oz||Cacao Infused Cocchi Torino Vermouth|
|3||dash(es)||Regan's Orange Bitters|
Recommended Glassware: 10-12 Ounce Rocks.
Garnish: Cacao Pod and Orange Peel.
In a mixing beaker/glass, combine all ingredients. Fill with ice. Stir with a bar spoon for 20-25 revolutions until you have a 2 finger wash line (Wash line is the level of liquid before you start stirring and then after stirring). Strain in glass filled with a large format ice cube (Regular ice works as well if you don’t want to be fancy). Garnish. Enjoy!
