A symphony of sweet chocolate and orange flavors mixes superbly with Small Batch Select.
Ingredients
| 1½ | fl oz | Four Roses Small Batch Select |
| ¾ | oz | Cardamaro |
| ¾ | oz | Cacao Infused Cocchi Torino Vermouth |
| 3 | dash(es) | Regan's Orange Bitters |
Directions
Recommended Glassware: 10-12 Ounce Rocks.
Garnish: Cacao Pod and Orange Peel.
In a mixing beaker/glass, combine all ingredients. Fill with ice. Stir with a bar spoon for 20-25 revolutions until you have a 2 finger wash line (Wash line is the level of liquid before you start stirring and then after stirring). Strain in glass filled with a large format ice cube (Regular ice works as well if you don’t want to be fancy). Garnish. Enjoy!
