Dazed and Confused

The ideal cocktail for winding-down after a long day in the summer heat, with sweet pineapple and a smooth finish.


Made with Four Roses Bourbon
2 fl oz Four Roses Bourbon
1 oz Pineapple Juice
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Agave
1 Shiso Leaf
2 dash(es) Angostura Bitters
Ground Cinnamon


Combine all ingredients except ground cinnamon and shiso leaf. Shake. Double strain into a glass. Garnish with shiso leaf and cinnamon and serve!
