Chai Spiced Collins

The old John Collins took a trip to India and came back tasty.


Made with Four Roses Single Barrel
fl oz Four Roses Single Barrel
½ fl oz Lemon Juice
1 part(s) Water
1 part(s) Sugar
1 bags Chai Tea
Soda Water


Make chai-spiced simple syrup: 1 part water, 1 part sugar, 1 bag of Chai Tea.

Place all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker, except soda. Shake and pour into an ice-filled glass, fill with soda and stir. Garnish with lemon wheel and spice of choice (cinnamon stick/star anise/clove/ginger).
