Legend has it that Four Roses began with a love story between founder Paul Jones, Jr. and a lovely Southern belle.
Ingredients
| 2 | fl oz | Four Roses Small Batch |
| ¾ | fl oz | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| ½ | fl oz | Grenadine |
| 2 | drops | Rose Water |
| 1 | Egg White | |
| Chocolate Bitters |
Directions
Add all of the ingredients except bitters to a shaking tin and dry shake without ice. Add ice, shake again and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with bitters across the top of the foam.
